DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") on May 27, 2019 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on May 29, 2019 ("Sweepstakes Period”). Twitter date and time stamps will be the official time clock of this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are the age of majority in their state, country or province of residence and permanently reside in the following locations at the time of entry: i) fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, ii) Canada (excluding Quebec), ii) South Korea, and iv) Taiwan(each, an "Entrant"). Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Intel Corporation (the "Sponsor") and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to National Sweepstakes Company, LLC and the entities supplying the prizes herein (collectively the "Promotion Entities"), are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes is void in Quebec and outside of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, Canada, Taiwan, South Korea and wherever restricted or prohibited by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which is final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Intel is committed to compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and ethics rules. This notice is intended to ensure that the Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will not violate any such laws, regulations, policies or rules. Intel seeks no promises or favoritism for itself or any of its affiliates in exchange for the opportunity to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating the Sweepstakes, (i) Entrant agrees that their participation in the Sweepstakes – including their acceptance of any potential prizes – will not violate any law, regulation, policy or rule of their country, state or government agency; and (ii) Entrant certifies that any potential prize is not in exchange for an agreement to influence a recent, pending or anticipated act or decision that may result in Sponsor obtaining or retaining business or a business advantage.

HOW TO ENTER: To participate and enter this Sweepstakes, you will need a Twitter account ("Twitter Account"). If you don't already have a Twitter Account, visit www.twitter.com to create a Twitter Account; creating a Twitter Account is free. By submitting your information and creating a Twitter Account, you will be required to agree to the Twitter terms of service and privacy notice. If you do not agree to Twitter's terms of service and privacy notice, you cannot create a Twitter Account or participate in this Sweepstakes.

There is one (1) way to enter. There is a limit of Twenty-Six (26) entries per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes. All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PDT on May 29, 2019.

Retweet: Entrant must retweet the Sweepstakes post (the "Post") from one (1) of the following Twitter handles: @IntelGraphics, @IntelSoftware, @IntelGaming, @CohhCarnage, @DeejayKnight, @JonsandmanTv, @SmashleyTwitch, @KSpaceAcademy, @badnewsbaron, @MLGPuckett, @F2K_Allie, @Lowco2525, @JKCompletesIt (a "Retweet"). Entrant must Retweet the Post during the Sweepstakes Period using all of the following hashtags: #JoinTheOdyssey, #Computex, and #Sweepstakes to receive one (1) entry for each Retweet into the Sweepstakes. Entrant can Retweet to receive a total of twenty-six (26) entries for the entire Sweepstakes. Entrant must Retweet the Post to include all of the hashtags to receive one (1) entry for the Retweet.

Entrant must have their Twitter Account set to "public" in order to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes. If the Entrant's account is not set to "public", the Sponsor may not be able to view the entry and the entry will not be eligible to win.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Twitter Accounts, identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an Entrant, the entry will be assigned to the authorized account holder ("Authorized Account Holder") of the Twitter Account used to submit an entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the Twitter Account by Twitter, Inc. or other entity responsible for assigning accounts on behalf of Twitter, Inc. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor and/or the Promotion Entities will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. Sponsor and/or the Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter. Entrant understands that they are supplying their information to the Sponsor and not to Twitter.

Entries not meeting the requirements as set forth in these Official Rules or that contain prohibited, inappropriate, or irrelevant content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will not be eligible and will be disqualified. Any entry suspected by Sponsor of violating the proprietary rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights and rights of privacy/publicity), or any local, provincial, state or federal law will be disqualified, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmissions or any other reason, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunication malfunctions, Entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that their entry may be shared on social media sites or other websites by the Sponsor.

Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose Twitter Account that, in its sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.

SELECTION OF WINNER/ODDS OF WINNING: On or about May 30, 2019, a representative of the Sponsor will randomly select three (3) prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The random drawing will be conducted by a representative of the Sponsor whose decision is based upon their sole discretion and their interpretation of these Official Rules, and is final and binding in all respects.

PRIZES: One (1) prize of Razer Blade Stealth and Samsung CHG90 49”32:9 QLED Curved Monitor will be awarded to each prize winner. There are a total of three (3) prizes to be awarded.  Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is USD$2,450.  Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $7,350.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) prize per Entrant/household. No transfer, substitution, or cash redemption of a prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local taxes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. No more than the number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

Sponsor reserves the right not to award prizes in its sole discretion. Prize winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

NOTIFICATIONS: Potential prize winners will be contacted via Direct Message from the @IntelGraphics Twitter Account. Potential prize winners will be required to send a Direct Message to @IntelGraphics within two (2) days of the message date with specific personal information. It is highly recommended that you confirm your Twitter Account notification settings are set to public.

In the event that: (a) potential prize winner fails to respond to a notification within two (2) days from when the message was sent; (b) a potential prize winner fails to respond due to deactivation of the potential prize winner’s Twitter Account prior to receipt of the notification; (c) a potential prize winner’s Twitter Account "protected mode" (private) is set so that the potential prize winner’s updates/responses may not be visible in Sponsor's @reply inbox, (d) the potential prize winner fails to supply all the required information; (e) any notification is returned as undeliverable; and/or (f) it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that a potential prize winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected. In addition, if a potential prize winner resides in Canada they will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (unaided by electronic or mechanical device or otherwise) in order to receive their prize. Each prize winner consents to use of their name, likeness, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation.

DAILY PRIZE CLAIM: Except where prohibited by law, in addition to supplying the information as outlined in the "NOTIFICATIONS" section above, the potential Daily Prize Winner will be sent a corresponding email to complete and return to the Sponsor representative, within seven (7) days of receipt, an affidavit/declaration of eligibility/release of liability/publicity release (the "Release") and either an IRS Form W-9 (US Residents only) or IRS Form W-8BEN (all other Residents) in order to claim their prize. The Release and either IRS Form W-9 (US Residents only) or IRS Form W-8BEN (all other residents) will be sent to the prize winner via the email address provided to the Notification. If the prize winner fails to sign and return the Release and IRS Form W-9 (US Residents only) or IRS Form W-8BEN (all other residents) within the required time period, such prize winner forfeits their right to the prize and an alternate prize winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received. Only one (1) alternate prize winner will be selected for the prize if the original prize winner should be disqualified or forfeit their right to the prize. The value of the prize may be taxable as income and prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize, including but not limited to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the prize. The Sponsor (or a party acting on its behalf) must report the value of the prize to the IRS in the year the prize is received by the prize winner and will be reported to the prize winner and the IRS in the form of a Form 1099 (US Residents) or a Form 1042-S (all other residents). All applicable taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and prize winners [a] release each and all of the Released Parties (defined in the "LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY" section below), from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of a prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage; and [b] agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Promotion Entities, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right permanently to disqualify from this Sweepstakes any Entrant or prize winner it believes has violated these Official Rules. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use prize winner’s name, address (city, state & country), voice, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this Sweepstake only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstake or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstake by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Promotion Entities. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the prize winners from those entries received up to the cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension date. Notification of such action will be provided on Twitter. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Twitter, the Promotion Entities, and each of their affiliates and subsidiaries, and respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claims made by a prize winner, Entrants or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to (i) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (ii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iii) any injury, damage or loss to any person (including death) or property of any kind, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from an Entrant's and/or prize winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or from the receipt, use or misuse of any prize; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (v) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or indecipherable entries; or (vi) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software.

DISPUTES: Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or a prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, an Entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York.
