One of the most obvious examples of this is Pathfinder Kingmaker’s loyalty to Pathfinder’s alignment system. Whether you choose to be lawful good, chaotic evil, or anything in between these alignments, your choices will have consequences on the actions and dialogue options you encounter later in the game. This demonstrates the strong commitment to character-building and roleplaying that make tabletop games so compelling.
Customizing your character is also just as comprehensive and complex as it is in the tabletop version of Pathfinder. This means everything, such as your character’s appearance, race, class, and abilities can be hand-picked, as well as those of your companions.
Pathfinder Kingmaker also contains over a thousand spells, feats, and skills for your party’s use. It’s a deep combat system that encourages players to play precisely how they want to play and harkens back to the days when players had to rummage through their dungeon master’s guidebooks to determine what exactly a cantrip was intended to do.
